Accrington Law Courts and Police Station

This Grade 2 Listed Building was acquired by our clients Colorend Ltd for conversion into mixed use including Apartments Offices and a cafe. The scheme design has been developed through detailed consultations with the planning and Conservation officers. Final preparations for submission are being made.
