Bruce and Bruce Chartered Architects and Building Surveyors has been in practice for 35 years .We work on a wide range of projects in all areas of the UK but principally in the North West. We focus on ensuring the clients requirements are  analysed and understood  and met and for projects to be delivered on time and on cost.


Associated work

We are  working in partnership with Saddleworth Prestige Homes Ltd  to develop designs for residential  apartment development in the North West

We are also currently carrying out pro bono work  in conjunction with Marsden Community Trust Ltd  a registered Charity to secure the future of the Marsden Mechanics Community hub a grade 2 listed building.


We carry Professional Indemnity Insurance required by law for £3M
